SCC - Fantasy League

The Southgate Fantasy League is back for 2007

• Teams to be made up of the following: 5 x batsmen, 3 x bowlers, 2 x all rounders, 1 x wk (all players will be given a category)
• All players will be rated between 1 and 10. Total rating for a chosen team must not exceed 75 pts
• Every playing member's first entry, must include himself as a player!
• Points awarded as follows: 1 run = 1pt, 1 wkt = 16pts, 1 ct/st = 8 pts
• Only Saturday league games applicable
• All points scored will be awarded, whatever the category (i.e. a bowler scoring 40 runs will be allocated 40 pts, in addition to any points allocated from wkts taken)
• Changes permitted up until midday May 12th, thereafter only during the week of the transfer window
• League season shall assume to have started once a ball has been bowled in any SCC 2007 Saturday league fixture
• Transfer window during 2nd week of June, enabling changes up to a max of 2 x players per team, at a cost of £1 per player. 75pt team total is not to be exceeded
• £10 an entry
• Teams deemed to be accepted only upon confirmation by the SCC Team Secretary
• No limit on the number of teams submitted by an individual, provided all teams meet with the aforementioned criteria
• Open to friends and families of playing members
• Scores from the official SCC scorebooks only, will be used to calculate points awarded
• Undisclosed prize to be awarded to author of the winning team entry
• Undisclosed prize to be awarded to the top Fantasy SCC player (highest points awarded)
